Another visit to Paris had us staying in the 8th Arrondisement with exploring the city, mostly by foot. Below are some of our photos during this visit to one of our favorite cities.
During our visit, we walked through th Parc Monceau. This is a public park situated in the 8th arrondissement and near our hotel L’Hotel du Collectionneur Arc. Here are some photos of the park during a cool afternoon.
We stayed in the L’Hotel du Collectionneur Arc as part of the Viking River package. If we had a choice, this would not been one we would have chosen. It’s located more in the business area of the arrondissement and not in the best location for restaurants and cafes. You will need to walk several blocks. This is a beautiful hotel. However, the rooms have connecting options, which causes some noisiness as you can hear nearly all of the conversations in the adjourning room. Our next visit will be not be here.
